Medicmastica SFX develops and produces lifelike training and exercise materials for medical simulation, education, and demonstration. At the core are highly detailed injury moulages, anatomical simulation elements, and training models that make real action under realistic conditions possible.

Maria "Mary" Constroffer
Maria founded and runs Medicmastica SFX — as a craftswoman who shapes and paints every moulage herself, as an SFX make-up artist who makes real-life emergency situations visible, and as a performer who plays the injured, the affected, and other roles in training scenarios herself.

From the first silicone modeling, to the make-up on the day of the exercise, to the role in front of the responders — Maria accompanies a scenario from the idea to the final second of the exercise.
Jens Constroffer
Certified electrical engineer (Dipl.-Ing. FH), with years of leadership experience in the technology and telecommunications industry as well as operational and leadership experience in civil protection — including emergency medical services and leadership roles within the DLRG.
This combination of engineering, business leadership, and hands-on operational practice is what Jens brings to Medicmastica: realistic simulation and training solutions that meaningfully connect technical innovation, medical requirements, and tactical field reality.
